Comment,questions or complaints:

1. Problems with staging much better at last race.

2. Any problems with cheating,you know the rules,NO CHEATING!

3.Any protests,you know the cost and rules for disputes.

*Proposal-A 4 man committee to research disputes or protests consisting of Ricky Dyer, Robert Conrad,Kevin Allen, and Jeff Spears. Motion passed.

Weighing-in cars-

1. Need all crew members to help push your car on the scales

2. Weigh-ins will be done at each qualifying pass as well as each quick 8 round

3. 10.5s weigh first then outlaws, watch for your group when heading to staging lanes and scales

*San Angelo race needs sponsors! If you know of somebody interested, let an official know.

September race in San Angelo cancelled.

Up for vote new location for this race, DTR or Penwell( penwell is undergoing numerous changes). Please call or see Robert Conrad to vote ( paid members only)

We are now officially a non-profit organization!!

Treasury total $7,119.76.

We will be handing out flyers to spectators naming and thanking all sponsors of our program.

Nonprofit status will take a few months but is underway

-Mike Waldrop--Track rules Ques/answer session

   *All cars will be teched   (4-8 on Fridays)

   Cheating will be taken care of by association

   If 10.5 cars are early places will be blocked off as available,can leave on fri night

Try to get radio in your pit

-Ricky Dyer-Congestion during weigh ins we need 3 lanes

   sponsorships-Shawn Moore w/Budweiser $3000-5000 possible for 1 race

   no objections to beer sponsor

   no sponsor too small

   possible major sponsor for Abilene race Jones Bros. Oil

   Warren CAT major sponsor

   money distribution--will be split accordingly

*July 5 race changed to June 28 motion passed by show of hands
